The middle row house sea lights was freshly renovated and newly furnished with great attention to detail. The house is equipped for up to 8 people + travel cot. Pets are welcome. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine etc., as well as a dining area with 2 chairs. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet, an extra room with shower and dryer, a storage room with vacuum cleaner, high chair etc. and of course the cozy living and dining room. In this are a fireplace, a sofa bed, an armchair, a large flat screen with Internet TV, free, fast WiFi and a large dining area with 8 seats. From there you get to the terrace with attractive garden furniture and fenced garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a sauna and the bathroom with a large shower, toilet, washing machine, sink and hairdryer. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and cupboard, the second with 2 single beds and cupboard. In the attic there is the third bedroom for 2 people with a double bed, chest of drawers, sitting area and closet. The house is a non-smoking house and pets are max. 2 allowed. The windows have shutters. You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house, where you can also park your bikes, as a bike rack has been installed especially for this. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Drei Schlafzimmer, genug Verstaumöglichkeiten und ein eingezäunter Garten für die beiden Hunde. In der Küche war wirklich alles zu finden, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Kontaktgrill, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Microwelle und sehr viel Geschirr und Gläser. Eine Sauna ist vorhanden und rundet das gute Gesamtbild ab. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft bei einem zukünftigen Urlaub an der Nordsee wieder buchen. Wir waren dort mit unseren drei Teenagern-Jungs und haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Aufteilung, alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben auch die Sauna abends benutzt, großartig, leicht zu bedienen und wurde schnell heiß. Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, wäre das für 5 Leute zu kleine Sofa, etwas mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten wären prima. Aber wir hatten gutes Wetter und daher haben sich einige Familienmitglieder immer auch draußen auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter (Gästekarte etc.) war unglaublich freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn es uns nochmal an die Nordsee zieht, würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen. ##### Katrin S. Schlafmöglichkeiten Top und auch sehr Kindgerecht. Der Bollerwagen war so perfekt! Zum Strand konnte man laufen. Und das Haus war mega schön eingerichtet und sauber. Einziges Manko, was aber vorher bekannt ist, ist das fehlende zweite vollständige Bad. Und das Klo auf dem Gäste WC ist nicht gut zu nutzen, da es zu eng ist. WLan war nicht bis in die Schlafzimmer zu empfangen, hätte der Vermieter aber bestimmt behoben, haben wir vor Ort aber nicht angesprochen. Das eine Anliegen, was wir hatten wurde sofort behoben. Alle Schlafräume sind sehr gemütlich, alles super liebevoll dekoriert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wunderschöner Garten. Das Haus war gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet und dekoriert und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern braucht. Selbst Sandspielzeug haben wir im Gartenhäuschen gefunden. Der schöne Garten mit Terrasse war eingezäunt, so dass unser Dackel bedenkenlos mit uns dort Zeit verbringen konnte. Die große Sauna haben wir zweimal benutzt und genossen. Der telefonische und schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war überaus angenehm und unkompliziert. Vom Haus aus läuft man etwa 25 Minuten in das niedliche Städtchen Hooksiel mit seiner vielseitigen Gastronomie. Zum Strand fährt man dem Auto maximal 10 Minuten. Der Hundestrand war wirklich tiptop und wie der Hauptstrand mit Gastronomie, Toiletten, Duschen und Spielplatz ausgestattet. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben. Wir finden die Frieslandtherme in Horumersiel und das Aquarium in Wilhelmshaven empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Beatrice L. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber und ist modern eingerichtet. Es enthält wirklich alles, was man für einen Familienausflug braucht. Von Kinderspielzeug über Bollerwagen und Fahrräder bis zum Grill. Im Übrigen ist die Lage des Hauses super. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man schnell in die Innenstand von Hooksiel, zum Meer mit Sandstrand oder zum nah gelegenen Edeka fahren. Fußläufig ist ein Fahrradverleih, ein Spanier und ein Bäcker zu erreichen.
