Staff was awesome, comfy bed, only issue is I didn’t get a wifi sign in and the pool is closed, however if you just need a place to stay for the week for work or whatever else this is the way to go. Good place to stay for the time being

New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved.

The chalet rooms are bit stuffy and smells of firewood inside from the usage of wood burning fireplace. The ambience is nothing spectacular as its away from the main Banff strip.
