"Horrible smell. Dirty tub, sink and towels. Dark stain under sheets. 10 plus kids unsupervised in the pool, being loud and inappropriate as well as more coming in through back entrance. Left due to how uncomfortable things were. No response from manager still, 3 days later"

"Arrival reception & room excellent, shower floor in handicapped room was dangerously slippery, breakfast great, side entrance door did not work with key card (said it doesn’t work at times, very unhandy for the handicapped room we were staying in)"
