Follow the winding driveway and find Sparnal Stitch and the Annexe nestled within the trees, just moments from sandy beaches and the sparkling waters of the Camel Estuary. This beautifully renovated cottage effortlessly blends traditional charm with contemporary comfort and with seven inviting bedrooms, a ping pong table, a warming wood-burning stove and an expansive garden, this spacious home provides an idyllic escape for families or groups looking to explore Cornwall's breathtaking north coast.  
  
Inside, the house exudes warmth and charm, with tastefully designed interiors that create an inviting atmosphere. The heart of the home is the characterful farmhouse-style kitchen, where a traditional Aga sits at the centre, perfect for slow-cooked meals after a day spent along the shoreline. A large wooden dining table provides space for up to ten guests, making it ideal for gathering over hearty breakfasts or evening feasts. The adjacent living area is equally welcoming, featuring sumptuous sofas, beanbags, a television, and a cosy wood-burning stove, creating the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book as the fire crackles in the background.  
  
The main house comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. On the ground floor, a charming small double bedroom offers a quiet retreat, particularly suited for a single guest or children. A well-appointed bathroom on this level includes a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail, and WC, providing convenience for guests staying downstairs. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds, with one enjoying the added privacy of an en-suite bathroom, while the other benefits from an en-suite cloakroom. Another small double bedroom provides a cosy sanctuary for a single guest or children, while a fourth bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed, is conveniently served by a bathroom located on the landing.  
  
In addition to the main house, the property includes a delightful self-contained annexe, offering additional space and privacy for larger groups. The annexe features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with twin beds, making it an excellent option for extended family or friends. A kitchenette provides the convenience of preparing teas and coffees, with a fridge and wash basin available, while a small family bathroom ensures comfort.
