"we stayed at the apartment for one night before catching a ferry the next day for the Aeolian islands. We were welcomed by the staff and quickly shown our apartment. It was a nice room with a steaming hot shower; which felt great after a long day of travel. We ate at the michelin rated restaurant below the apartment–note: the aparment host also runs the restaurant. Highly recommend eating there, likely the one of the best restaurants in Milazzo. "We spent 2 nights in Hotel Arcangelo in Salina. The staff at the hotel especially Giuseppe could not have been more helpful including allowing us to access one of our rooms after checkout for a couple of hours while we waited for our ferry. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent - well worth trying if you stay there."

"This property was pretty much what we expected. It was very difficult to find, though, as both Apple Maps and Google Maps have imprecise locations. Also, the signage for the hotel does not match the name on Expedia. Look for PowerGym, and you will find it much easier. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....

"The location is gorgeous and it made our stay worthwhile. Said that the two bedroom unit was poorly kept (thick scale on all taps, broken shower cabin...), no breakfast, WiFi available only in the reception building. NO room service. Only wire transfer, check or cash was accepted for payment. The pictures on Expedia did not match what I saw. Positives: free shuttle rides back and forth the "hotel" and the village center."
