Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a washing machine, a heat-pump dryer, a separate bedroom with a smart TV, and a work space. A separate living room with a TV is modern, clean, and chic.  
In town: S-Bahn (suburban train) to Heidelberg and Sinsheim, a bus stop, a local grocery store, a pizzeria almost across the street, and a Greek restaurant around the corner.  
Upon entering the apartment on the ground floor, on the right, you'll find a spacious entrance area with a wardrobe and a work space. From here, you'll reach the bedroom, which features a comfortable king-size box-spring bed with a modern smart TV. The stylish living room has direct access from both the bedroom and the entrance area.  
The spacious living room features another smart TV, a dining table with chairs, and a sofa that folds out to a 120 cm sleeping area. An additional guest bed can be set up here if needed.  
A baby cot is also available upon request.  
From the living room, you'll also find the well-equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need for cooking. The bathroom also has a washing machine and a heat-pump dryer.  
The accommodation is the ideal starting point, allowing you to reach the Sinsheim Trade Fair Center in just a few minutes by car, bus, or train. Here you can visit the Technology Museum, the PreZero Arena, or even enjoy an unforgettable day at the Sinsheim Thermal Baths and Water Park.  
Heidelberg with its castle ruins is also within easy reach, or perhaps you would like to enjoy a relaxing boat trip on the Neckar River or the four-castle town of Neckarsteinach.  
You can also visit Schwetzingen Castle with its stunning parks, mosque, and more, as well as Wiesloch, Walldorf with SAP, Heidelberg printing presses, and more.
