« The place was very clean and the people were very friendly and it was close to several restaurants in the area. However, when I did not like was, I was told that breakfast was included with the stay, but when I got there, they told me that I needed a coupon which they did not provide me with because I went through Expedia, which then they told me that the hotel still was supposed to provide me with the coupon for my stay. I found that very odd if breakfast wasn’t included, they should just say...

« Clean room, very good service. The only thing I found disgusting was the gym and laundry sharing space, and I was not able to exercise, the steam of the laundry was all over the gym. »

A very small, unnoticeable sign when it looks like a continental breakfast and I don't approach you until after you've taken food to tell you that it's $15 per person, they also promote that they have a restaurant and bar inside the facility. But they do not, it is a common area that has a bar counter that is not open. »

« I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...

« The room with double bed is as expected in a Motel 6. Beds are not great and a bit small for 2 adults. We wanted to have some rest at the pool after a long sunny day… and the pool was closed ! I wish we had known that before booking because the price was not reduced. Of course no breakfast as usual in Motel 6. And the worst thing: the noise. The train is just behind the hotel. Will for sure never come back here. »

« Room heat wouldn't go above 65, never really herd it turn in. Could hear everything from the neighboring room. Coming and going. 2" gap below the door, everything in the hallway was loud. Could constantly hear the road traffic too. Worse night sleep. Bed was good, room was big. But not great comfort. »
