This stylish apartment on the island of Prvić in Prvić Luka is located just about 50 metres from the sea and offers space for up to 4 people. With 50 m² of living space, the accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a combined living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, cookware and crockery. A sofa bed, SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating provide additional comfort.   
  
The 20 m² terrace offers a sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun lounger, parasol, awning, and private outdoor grill. Pets are welcome, and a high chair can be provided upon request.   
  
The holiday home also provides its guests with barbecue facilities, sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, library, darts and massage. A boat can be rented for a fee, and a boat mooring is available upon request. An airport transfer is offered.   
  
In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous activities: sailing, windsurfing, diving, kayaking, cycling tours, fishing, mini-golf, leisure parks and excursions to nature parks or cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are accessible within a few minutes.   
  
Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, pets, additional bed for toddlers, tourist tax and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for boat mooring and airport transfer.
