Summary:  
On the spectacular Area Beach (Viveiro), this charming and intimate property, fenced and with a perfect garden for a beach holiday, will allow guests on a well-deserved vacation to enjoy an experience of beach relaxation and a profound discovery of Galician culture in every sense.  
  
The Space:  
A cottage that stands out for its balanced space between an elegant interior layout and a cheerful, flowery garden in two distinct spaces: a children's play area on one side and a rest area with sun loungers and a garden table on the other.  
A gated, secure, and intimate property, overlooking the sea and its spectacular sunsets.  
The cottage is located right on Area Beach, with sea views, surrounded by parks, long promenades, dunes, restaurants, and beach bars.  
Just a few minutes' walk from the port of Celeiro, or a 5-minute drive from the historic town center of Viveiro, its marina, with its shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, offers a completely urban atmosphere nearby.

Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos.
