Viveiro, una villa histórica con sus innumerables playas surferas, o tranquilas, o de calas escondidas, con su gastronomía y terrazas o su vida y tradiciones, ofrecerá al aventurero, un equilibrio perfecto para sus vacaciones.  
  
The Space:  
A pié de una de las mas bellas playas de Viveiro, con unas vistas espectaculares al mar Atlantico y la misma playa de Area, "Bungaleiro de Area", es la casita de invitados totalmente independiente y completa, en una hermosa y cuidada gran finca privada, muy tranquila y compartida con la casa principal. Dispone de su propio espació ajardinado, porche privado, pudiendo disfrutar del colorido entorno sin apreciar un resquicio de falta de intimidad.  
Una casa acogedora, muy luminosa, donde predomina unas lujosas vistas al mar, dispone de tres habitaciones, cocina comedor, salon, y sus dos baños.

La finca queda localizada en un entorno tranquilo y residencial, con una entrada privada permite bajar andando desde el jardín a una tranquila cala o a la misma playa de Area. Rodeada de otras fincas del entorno familiar, el viajero será parte de una experiencia única.  
En la misma playa de Area, encontramos restaurantes, chiringuitos de playa, bares, pero en un cuidado y adecuado número, consiguiendo un balance entre servicios, ambiente y tranquilidad.
