The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. From the terrace, you can access the living and dining area as well as a bedroom on the ground floor of the villa. **Location** Višnjan. The villa is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our Villa Oaza is the perfect choice if you want to spend your holiday in Istria and are looking for accommodation near the sea. ​ The bright, new villa with a magnificent sea view is stylishly and modernly furnished and offers space for up to 7 people. ​ Here you can relax in the beautiful garden with a private pool or enjoy a cool drink on the covered terrace. ​ From the terrace you can access the living and dining area as well as a bedroom on the ground floor of the villa. ​ In the living room, in addition to a living suite and TV, there is also a fireplace, which can create a romantic atmosphere on cooler evenings. The dining area connects the living room with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. ​ On the first floor you will find 2 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. ​ The villa therefore offers sufficient retreats for all guests. You will feel at home here! The villa is located on the west coast of Istria in the municipality of Tar-Vabriga, roughly halfway between the towns of Poreč and Novigrad. The location in the charming village in a characteristically Istrian style is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation and who prefer to avoid the tourist crowds. But those looking for variety and adventure will also get their money’s worth here. Countless leisure activities are offered all around, on land and on water, such as cycling, hiking, tennis, golf, horse riding, diving, windsurfing, water skiing or sailing. For those interested in culture, about a 10-minute drive away in Poreč and Novigrad there is a range of museums, galleries and sights as well as numerous events and concerts. In addition, the region impresses with the culinary richness of its local cuisine. In the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance there are already some excellent restaurants to discover.
