This is an old property in great need of repair. The staff is super helpful and the location is great; however, go in eyes wide open that the condition of the building is severely outdated.

Breakfast was average at best. Chris was the only bright spot as he went above and beyond trying to keep all the food stocked. Poor guy could of used a full kitchen instead of cooking items one group at a time in a single oven and air fryer.

The location was great, right on the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was only 1 elevator working during our stay. That was not good when you stay on the 7th floor! The room itself was ok, beds were ok. The room was a little dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor, and a large mess (I don't know what it was???) on the floor right in front of the door to the balcony. Furniture in the living room was tired, sofa had no cushion in the cushions, needs to be replaced. Overall, an ok stay with a great view!

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had only 1 elevator the other one was not working and the room was okay but the view was very nice and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel needs an upgrade like to remodel it and fix upnthe rooms as well.

Our room was very clean. The breakfast bar was good and clean. The staff did not deserve the restless folks making demands on them like the owned the place. We didn’t have anything negative about our check in and check out. Nice place to stay.

Love having the bedroom separate from the living room/ coffee bar area. The balcony looking over the broadwalk and ocean was perfect. Very comfortable and breakfast was good as we looked out at the ocean and relaxed.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, room was nice. We especially enjoyed the kitchen staff for breakfast in the mornings! The largest downside were the elevators. You will genuinely spend 10-15 minutes waiting for them at times, only for it to land on your floor to be too full to join anyways. Ended up getting stuck on one due to too many people being on it.

Really nice oceanfront hotel to catch a beautiful sunrise, occasional dolphin sighting, or just a peaceful moment to yourself. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed, great shower and again a beautiful view. The staff was great. A decent breakfast and the dining area also has great views of the beach.

I have been traveling for over 50 years and this by far was the worst experience I've ever had. On a 4th of July weekend in a hotel only 1 elevator was working. I waited up to 45min because the elevator was always full. This is a standard of safety issue. Rooms were cleaned upon request. The hotel is not staffed appropriately. I will never go here again.

The staff was very friendly the room was. Very clean and spacious what i didn't like was having to go ask for towels and toilet paper because we had no house keeping yet they charged me a extra 15 dollars a day for the amenities by the way I wasn't aware of this extra charge so I guess house keeping is not included in the 15 dollars extra a day!!!!!!
