The home is located in Virgin, Utah in a new development---Sierra Bella Estates. The home was featured in the Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes. The development borders BLM land so there are plenty of trails for mountain biking, hiking and riding ATVs literally in your back yard. World-class mountain biking trails, like Gooseberry Mesa, are only minutes away. Other activities only minutes away, include over a dozen golf courses, Zion National Park, horse back riding, boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, and outdoor theater. After a fun day of activities, you can relax in the pool and large hot tub, and enjoy the majestic scenery and star-filled nights. Other notable attractions in the area, include: Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powel which are all within a two hour drive. The variety of outdoor activities, the peace and quiet of the area, and the beautiful scenery will keep you coming back to enjoy this unique Southern Utah getaway. The pool & spa was the highlight, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Utah in the heat of summer.
