Good sized clean rooms and the hotel is run by a friendly, approachable team. I didn’t get the chance to use to amenities so I can’t comment. Plenty of on-site car parking. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)

From the moment we walked into the Grand Hotel yesterday to the moment we left, everything was absolutely first class. The service was spot on, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience felt really special.
We were offered the option to upgrade to a junior suite, which we took—and wow, it was out of this world. The room was stunning and made the stay even more memorable.
Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. We’ll definitely be booking again and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality stay.
