9/10 Wonderful! (1,167 reviews)
Interactions with Reception were always slow and transactional, going through the motions like robots. Older decor throughout but room was spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed the 11am checkout time. Would stay again if price was right

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,613 reviews)
Great communication, friendly reception staff in a welcoming reception area. The room on the first floor was standard, but clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for access to Lambton Quay & TSB Arena. On-site parking was a bonus.
