Right in town, freshly renovated, near everything u need! This newly renovated 2 bedroom house is a stone's throw from the ferry terminal, main street, restaurants & beaches in Vineyard Haven. Step outside and you're just steps away from downtown and everything the port community of Vineyard Haven has to offer. The house itself was gut renovated in the summer of 2020, and then professionally furnished, decorated & landscaped soup to nuts. 2 bedrooms w/ two queen beds, comfortably sleeps two couples. Although the house isn't directly on the water, it's only one block away from the Vineyard Haven harbor & local beaches, so the house has been decorated and furnished w/ a beach house feel. The house was renovated to accommodate either short term or long terms stays year-round, so there is a full kitchen, central heat & air conditioning, laundry machine, and everything else you would expect in a "home." Knowing that we would be traveling elsewhere on the island, we brought our car over and appreciated having an off street parking spot available. Given how close the cottage is to the ferry terminal however, a car is not necessary at all. The cottage is immaculate and well appointed, inside and out, with the enclosed patio a wonderful addition. This is our second time staying at a property belonging to this host, and he is an absolute gem…relevant information (directions, parking instructions, etc) were sent in a timely way, and he checked In periodically via email to make sure that all was well and to make himself available for questions and recommendations. If I could leave 100 stars I would. The home is beautifully decorated well beyond what the pictures can show. You absolutely do not need a car as the location provides walkability to anything you could need or want. What a find. What a house. What an owner. Book it! ##### Gregory S.
