LOCATION & QUALITY! Right in town, freshly renovated, near everything u need!

  • This newly renovated 2 bedroom house is a stone's throw from the ferry terminal, main street, restaurants & beaches in Vineyard Haven. Step outside and you're just steps away from downtown and everything the port community of Vineyard Haven has to offer. The house itself was gut renovated in the summer of 2020, and then professionally furnished, decorated & landscaped soup to nuts. 2 bedrooms w/ two queen beds, comfortably sleeps two couples.

    Although the house isn't directly on the water, it's only one block away from the Vineyard Haven harbor & local beaches, so the house has been decorated and furnished w/ a beach house feel. The house was renovated to accommodate either short term or long terms stays year-round, so there is a full kitchen, central heat & air conditioning, laundry machine, and everything else you would expect in a "home." There is also a large private stone patio in the back of the house with seating, ambiance and an outdoor shower with a rain head fixture.

Lovely Home

This home serves as a lovely base while vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard. It’s an easy walk to some great places to eat, a grocery store, boutiques, and more. Plus, it’s just down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry terminal.The host is both incredibly proactive and responsive. Stocked with all the right stuff, immaculate, and decorated with cute coastal flair, this home makes for a super comfortable stay.

Perfect place to stay in Martha's Vineyard

This house is perfect for a couple or two couples. Very well done and easy access to everything on the island you would want to see. Walking distance to Main street and great restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive - would stay here again for sure

Perfect location!

We loved our time in Martha’s Vineyard, and Mike’s home was the perfect home base during our trip. Located a very short walk from the ferry, grocery store, shopping, and amazing food, the location couldn’t be better. The home was very clean, well stocked, and reflected the listing photos. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Vineyard!

Great spot to explore the island!

Mike is an awesome host and was so helpful before and during our stay. The house was well appointed and so clean, we felt comfortable as soon as we stepped in. Great spot for our escape from the Arizona heat! Easy walk in to the town of Vineyard Haven.

Myself and some friends had the pleasure of staying at this adorable house. It had all the amenities and location was perfect! Walkable to shops, to/from ferry and Stop n Shop! We loved the house and the back patio was a wonderful area to lounge! Would definitely rent again.

Thank you for a great getaway. The cottage is lovely and very comfortable. Excellent location in VH walking distance to town and ferry. Mike was an excellent host! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed home in Vineyard Haven. The proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and public transportation makes this a perfect spot for anyone coming to the Vineyard without a car. The host was very responsive. We will be back!

This was my boyfriends 45th birthday weekend. We both have never been to Martha's Vineyard and we love taking adventures. Mike was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. Beautiful home, well-appointed with every amenity needed for our stay. We could not get over how close we were to Beach Fest and able to enjoy the music right from the amazing patio. A perfect beach bungalow

Mike was an excellent host who has a lot of pride in his property and making his guests feel welcome. The home matches the website, and then some! It is in a great location, has a smart layout with lots of space inside and outside, is really clean, and all of your needs are covered. It really felt like a luxury stay.

The house was spotless and decorated beautifully, with light filled rooms. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great for simple cooking. The patio out back is lovely and was a great place to relax. It was just a few minutes to walk into vineyard haven. Mike was super responsive and accommodating to our requests. Perfect stay in Vineyard Haven

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family (2 kids) — we had plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked so it was easy to cook and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our time in the backyard and walking around the adorable town of Vineyard Haven. It was great to have a parking space behind the house, and it was also easy and fast to get anywhere on the island - no more than 20 minutes when we were visiting. The owner Mike was great to communicate with! Highly recommend this house for your next Vineyard visit.
