"Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. ..."

"Great location for exploring the Old City and surrounding areas. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and yes, the breakfast is really good. Just plan to get down there early, as the 9-10:00 hour gets really crowded. Staff was amazingly helpful and graciously dealt with my minor problems and questions. ..."
