There is a garage on the property that guests do not have access to. We are fully available for any issues The house is located in the Villas, a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 20 minute drive to downtown Cape May and to Downtown Wildwood. At the end of the road 2 blocks down, there is a bay beach access. Cape May beaches require beach tags and do not allow dogs. Wildwood beaches do not require beach tags and have certain sections that are dog friendly. Both get very busy during the summer, so we highly recommend going earlier in the day to ensure you can find a parking space. The bay beach does not require beach tags and allows dogs before 11 am and after 4 pm from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. It is a much quieter beach than Cape May or Wildwood. The water is brackish and very silty on the bottom. Some people enjoy floating in the water, but be aware you will come out very muddy. There are generally lots of tidal pools perfect for young kids to play in. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, but most attractions are within a 20 minute drive. The drive way can fit 3 cars and there is also street parking available. Minimum rental age is 25. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. All pets must be up to date on shots and flea & tick treatments. No parties or fireworks.
