Relax and enjoy WaterfrontEscape301 ! Located on the dunes of the Delaware Bay, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is SHORE to help you unwind. The beach path begins right from the front yard. Enjoy morning coffee on the large covered deck easily accessible from the kitchen. Just steps from the secluded beach where dogs are welcomed all year long. Yes, we welcome dogs to our beach house! Enjoy walks near the bay collecting seashells, sea glass and watch the best sunsets on the east coast. Enjoy dinner outside while the breeze from the bay cools the summer nights. 1st floor: living room, dining room, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, toilet & sink and a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, coffee pot and Keurig. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms ( Queen, 2 twin & 2 bunk-beds) and 2 baths. All you need to bring are your own bedding (sheets and blankets) and towels. Location of beach house is 8 miles north of historic Cape May, Wildwood Crest and the Wildwood Boardwalk. Peak summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday from mid June until Labor Day. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is noon. Families and couples only. Sorry, no parties or proms. Everything you could possibly want or need to enjoy your time on the beach or the bay… kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes… this home has it all! They also have a terrifically stocked kitchen not only providing access to ample coffee, cooking and eating staples…but also a pretty substantial spice rack, paper towels, basic laundry needs and such. These extras made it feel like you were visiting a close friend’s home instead of just your basic rental. The outdoor propane outdoor fire pit, with the COOLEST outdoor solar torches in addition to a second floor deck, and a covered backyard porch… both filled with ample outdoor furniture and cushions. You truly didn’t want for anything. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of beach equipment and chairs. We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunsets in the evening but we did not go in the water.A few minor things came up in the house, and Bettina addressed them quickly. The condition of the house is well used - specifically the floors on the first level need tending too. The bikes are not in great condition but that is easy fix. The location is great and neighborhood is quiet. Unfortunately, my daughter had a serious health emergency that resulted in two weeks of hospitalization. Greg was so understanding and generous to reschedule our vacation for later in the year or next summer. After the nightmare we have endured with my daughter’s health, it was absolutely amazing that we will be able to enjoy this beautiful beach home next year. So close to Cape May without the heavy price tag, but also a great little beach in the backyard. Relaxing and felt like home. The home was well equped with anything you could need from beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, to kayaks ans bikes. Great local restaurants. The house is very well stocked, clean, and peaceful. The sunsets are spectacular. The path to the beach starts right outside the front door! It had even more amenities than listed. It's a very clean, well taken care of property. Everything is labeled and easy to find and the owners have not left out anything for a perfect stay. The location is amazing with beautiful sunsets, a nice beach and a sense of quiet "calm" that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
