This was our first stay in Crystal Cove.
Someone from HOA called the front desk to tell them that we had too many guest. We had a 3bed 3 bath unit. 5 beds with and a pull out couch. We had 2 adults and 8 children, all under the age of 15. And 5 under the age of 8.
The HOA also complained that the 2 kids bikes that we brought down were parked in front of another unit. They were parked beside the stairwell the first night as we arrived after dark and was not aware of a bike rack on the opposite end of out building. I had to send a picture as proof. The phone call came on or 3rd day.
All of that to say, that is just annoying to deal with. So unless you want to be police by the HOA stay in a hotel on the resort and not in Crystal Cove or any of the condos.
