(240 reviews) The staff were very courteous and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was spotless and very quiet. The staff were very helpful for checking in and checking out. I don’t think it’s because of my disabilities I think they were just very helpful. Breakfast was very good. With a range of juices and fruits. I would stay here again without hesitation. (1,332 reviews) The reception and restaurant staff were great, very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped except for it being heated by a potable electric radiator which wasn’t ideal. We hoped to use the leisure facilities but were informed that they were at capacity and there was a queue of people waiting outside. The pool seemed to be full of young children even at 7pm. It would be good if there could be an hour or so for adults only to use the pool either early morning or later in the evening. Disappointed they we didn’t get to use the pool at all.
