Casa Rural Ucedo: Peace and Nature with Mountain Views

Located between Astorga and Ponferrada (Manzanal Pass), just 4 km from the A6 yet surrounded by nature. Situated on the outskirts of Ucedo village, this house offers complete tranquility—perfect for large families and groups of friends seeking to disconnect.



Ideal for yoga and spiritual retreats, it can also be your base for exploring the landscapes of El Bierzo and nearby provinces like Asturias, Galicia, all of Castilla y León, and even northern Portugal. Thanks to our partner establishments, we can provide information about local restaurants, points of interest, horseback riding routes, and themed workshops at the house—such as wine tastings, yoga sessions, airyoga, or resilience workshops—if you let us know in advance.



The entire house is rented and accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a family home with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, fridge, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, barbecue, fireplace, and heating in all rooms. Tap water is drinkable and of good quality. Just bring your own food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, and toilet paper are provided.



Step out onto the terrace to breathe fresh air and relax with views of the mountains and nearby streams. You may see cows, sheep, and sometimes wild animals. Street parking is available. The Peña del Oso Trail starts just 20 meters away, perfect for hiking, and the Gorgora Canyon Trail is only 5 km away. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
