8.8/10 Excellent! (1,150 reviews)
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sonesta. The accommodations were comfortable, and everything was generally good.
The only aspect I didn't particularly like was the housekeeping schedule, as rooms are cleaned every other day rather than daily. I would appreciate daily housekeeping, as I believe it makes a difference in the overall guest experience.
Other than that, it was a good stay.
