The daytime temperatures are pleasantly warm, typically in the mid-20s Celsius, and the evenings are cooler but still pleasant, usually around 10-15 degrees Celsius. This weather ensures that the trails are dry and easily navigable, which is particularly important for excursions to the nearby Inca ruins or into the surrounding cloud forest. For those planning to undertake multi-day treks or extensive exploration of the archaeological sites, the dry season is definitely the most suitable.
