Step into this charming two-story house, accessed through a private terrace with a quaint table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Spanning approximately 70 m², this inviting home features a well-appointed ground floor that includes a cozy living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a television, and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for your culinary needs. A stylish bathroom with a shower and fresh towels completes the ground level. The seabeach is 18 km away from the stone house. And the supermarkets are at a short drive from where you can buy the essentials required for the stay. There are many other tourist attractions worth a visit. Ascend the elegant spiral wrought iron staircase to the upper floor, where you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a work table beneath a charming mansard roof. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort year-round. This delightful house combines convenience with a touch of sophistication, offering a perfect retreat for any stay.  
Beach towels are not included For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 350 / 400 may apply. For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €350 / 400 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
