Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, respectful, and helpful—especially Francisco, who provided outstanding service and made our mornings enjoyable. Because of employees like him, I'm still giving this hotel 3 stars. However, for a hotel charging approximately **$500 per night**, the cleanliness was disappointing. The biggest issue was the rooftop pool during the Fourth of July celebration. The pool water was extremely cloudy and appeared dirty. It was so unappealing that I would not have let my children swim in it. During the four hours we spent at the pool, not once did we see a staff member cleaning tables, picking up trash, or maintaining the area. Instead, employees spent much of their time standing around and using their phones while trash and used towels accumulated. The windows surrounding the pool were also filthy. They were so dirty that we had to use our own towels to wipe the glass just so we could enjoy the view and watch the fireworks. That should never be necessary at a hotel of this caliber. Our guest room also needed much more attention. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and my wife experienced allergy symptoms for hours after we left. Housekeeping needs to pay much closer attention to detail. The hotel has great potential, and the customer service from most employees was excellent. It was overly family friendly. There were not enough amenities, restaurants/bars for couples to escape the chaos of unwatched children.

Bad experience! Gave us the worse room with the most horrible outside view ! Looking forward to an actual riverwalk view but instead we got a view to the most old cracked building ever seen in my life! Called front desk to ask about trying to set up tv to watch a soccer game….we were told she didn’t know how to help us and everyone else were out to lunch !! Soooo….”you would have to figure it out”! Were her exact words!! Never again!!
