Had a good stay. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious and nice with a good shower. The viewpoint was good and the staff were helpful and we could leave our bags after checkout to collect later in the day

Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy.

Staff was always professional and kind with check-in and check out. They gladly helped call a very quick taxi for our departure. Hotel was exactly as expected. Great walkable location to everything, including Vigo's major train station. Only complaint was that there was construction happening every night outside of the hotel, out of the company's control I realize but that is my only complaint.

The fact that dogs are allowed was crucial for us. A water and food bowl set and a dog bed had been placed in the room before we arr. Staff members were very helpful and pleasant. All front desk staff could speak English, which made things much easier for us, as we just moved to Vigo and know little Spanish. The central location in Vigo put all services we wanted within an easy walking distance.
