5 stars for Francensco! Loved his energy. He was the host that met us at the property and helped us with check-in, parking, booking a boat tour and everything else. He was very organized and the link he shared had all the information we needed. The place was great! Our room was large (loved it), clean, modern, close to the hot spots yet quiet. Vieste is super busy and having parking fairly close by meant the world. We were able to stop in front of the property, unload the bags and then drive up to the parking area. Breakfast was held in the restaurant below, food was decent but the views were great. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Vieste! Our stay at Dimora Cummà Marì was beyond amazing! The room was large, clean and comfortable and had an incredible view! The old town and beaches are beautiful! Located close to everything, we were able to thoroughly explore the area. Francesco was outstanding…knowledgeable and made sure our stay was memorable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Valentina greeted us and guided us to the hotel parking area, then checked us in and gave us a tour of our newly done apartment, the breakfast room and rooftop deck, which afforded great views of the city and Adriatic. The breakfast buffet was exquisite.

Stefano and Valentina were wonderful hosts. The property is really beautiful, the rooms and spaces generous and well-appointed, and the situation was perfect. I had a really lovely stay as a solo traveller: it was very nice to have time to chat with my hosts and fellow guests. Totally recommended.

Wonderful Stay in Vieste

Stayed for couple of nights in a Superior Double Room in mid-October. Room was terrific with access to multiple terraces (a couple private to the room) that provide views of the sea. Amazing included breakfast with many homemade treats! Stefano and his partner definitely make you feel welcomed and provide recommendations on dining options and local activities. Highly recommend staying at Dimora Cummà Marì.

Couple road trip

Great location. Close to all there is to see by walking. Great service and tips from the nice couple running it. Stefano and Valentina which by the way are always ready to help with a smile on their faces. These days, that’s precious! We recommend this place no doubt.

Our stay was excellent at this hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and had 2 balconies that had sea views including the lighthouse. The shower was great and large. We had a kitchen but didn’t use it though it was fully equipped. Francesco, the manager, was extremely helpful; meeting us outside the hotel and assisted with the parking of our vehicle which was included with our room. He answered all our questions, was very informative and basically a call away any time. Our breakfast was included and was delicious, an array of savory and sweet dishes!! The hotel was centrally located to shopping, an array of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Vieste!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Cumma Mari! Our room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a lovely terrace upstairs with a beautiful sea view. The place was perfectly located right in the centre of Vieste with everything right outside the front door. The beautiful beaches were only a short walk away. Francesco was such a wonderful host, so incredibly helpful and generous with lots of information, restaurant recommendations, tour bookings and basically everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay at Dimora Cumma Mari again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Vieste!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vieste. Francesco is an exceptional host - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and local advice. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the historic old town and surrounded by fantastic bars, restaurants, and shops. It’s just steps from the famous Stairway of Love, a short walk to the seafront and marina, and only around 15 minutes on foot to Pizzomunno Beach where there are lots of beach clubs and sunbeds. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and very cool which was much needed in the 35°C heat. The entire property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, it felt very safe and secure. The street becomes pedestrian only in the evening, this only adds to the charm of the area. We didn’t hear any noise from our room. We made use of the secure private parking just a few streets away, which was very convenient as the streets are steep so driving round to park isn’t something you want to be spending time doing. We completely fell in love with Vieste. It’s a beautiful town full of character, charm, and atmosphere. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Grazie Francesco!

Francesco is the GOAT of all hosts! We had so much fun in Vieste and we are grateful for all the attention and care that we received. Vieste is a gem and our stay at Dimora Cummà Marì made it so special. Breakfast was yummy. Hotel is in the heart of the old town. We will be coming back!!!

Small hotel at the entrance to old city center. Francesco is an excellent host. Great communication before arrival, friendly helpful greeting, walked us through the hotels amenities and was available for questions. Really good breakfast. Parking is available which is must in the area. Our room was spacious, with a view over the city. Highly recommend. Good value too.

Struttura molto ben curata, con stanze molto belle, grandi e decorate in maniera molto piacevole. Tanti spazi comuni a disposizione, come la terrazza che offre una bellissima vista su tutto il centro della città, o il giardino privato dove rilassarsi in tranquillità. Colazione presso il ristornato affianco molto ricca e buona. Location eccellente per esplorare la città. Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e molto disponibile.
