"Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. I am grateful they did have a room available. Property was clean and well maintained. That was the only issue I had."

"Staff pleasant and helpful. Some amenities out all of the time, like utensils, water, napkins, etc, which came in handy more than once. Clean, welcoming environment. My room on the upper floor was so quiet, event though there were many other guests. Great sleep. The room layout is soooo nice. Lots of room, and places to spread out, sit down, and relax. Close enough to main highways and downtown Marietta that it was a quick drive to activities, and to the river. Only downside is the glaring, bright white lights in the parking lot. Don't need to be that bright; they were a nuisance and annoying. Couldn't keep my shades open even a crack once they came on - They shined brightly right into the rooms."
