Loved the ocean view and proximity to the beach. Everything was clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs… something to consider if you have trouble with stairs.

Amazing stay! It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon—beautiful, peaceful, and secluded in its own little area of Bermuda.

This was our third stay at Newstead Belmont Hills, and we continue to love this resort! The location is fantastic, with complimentary access and shuttles to Coco Reef Resort and Belmont Hills Golf Course, plus the complimentary water taxi to Hamilton. The gym is excellent, the infinity pool and hot tub are beautiful, the on-site Aurora restaurant was great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our only real concern is that the resort is looking a bit “tired” compared with our last visit eight years ago. It could really use a refresh: many doors and walls have scuff marks, the hardwood floors are quite worn in some areas, the elevators need updating, and some indoor furniture is very scuffed while the outdoor furniture on our balcony was beginning to unravel. The shuttle service to Coco Reef was inconsistent during our stay. Once it was 30 minutes late, and once it drove right past us without stopping, requiring a call to the front desk. We also had three remotes to operate the TV, which ultimately gave us only one channel! We offer these comments purely as constructive criticism because we genuinely love the Newstead and want to see it continue to shine. We’ve returned three times for a reason and absolutely hope to be back for a fourth!
