Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied.

The room was clean and larger than expected. The staff were fantastic they were so helpful and everyone was very polite. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the room.
The balcony overlooks the road, but it wasn't busy and you can see the city wall from the balcony. Nice little coffee shop/cafe next to the hotel as an alternative for breakfast. Hotel allowed us to drop our luggage off before check in and also stored it for us after checkout.
Room was spacious and clean, bathrooom was well equipped with a huge shower!
Location was great as 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the Arena and Piazza Bra. Would definitely return.

Spa facilities were extensive and extremely well maintained. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping has to be commended. Will definitely return.
