As you step inside this elegant newly renovated apartment designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, you will be greeted by an inviting cozy living room with a wood paneling accent wall, modern LED ceiling lights and a 55in smart LED TV. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new full size fridge and gas stove. You will find all your necessary cooking accessories such as panini press / toaster, microwave, kettle, mixing bowls, pots and pans. To make your visit extra special please indulge and savor our items in your coffee bar. The dining table is set for 6 persons but can accommodate a few more as per the bench type seating. Upstairs has a main bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. The gel type cooling mattress is wrapped in a mattress protector. Two of the pillows are Serta gel pillows and the other two pillows are bamboo pillows. The duvet is warm, soft and cozy. A 3-piece abstract canvas art set graces the wall with a matching lamp on the nightstand. A small windy balcony with seatingis attached to the bedroom. The wardrobe has drawers as well as hanging space, hangers, a hair dryer and an ironing set. The second room is set up for business professionals.
