When you enter in the apartment there are a living room with a TV and a sofa bed and a double bedroom with balcony and a complete private bathroom, on the top floor there is another double bedroom with private bathroom. Direct entry to the apartment with elevator. Linen, wifi, dishwasher, air conditioner are provided. There is a washing machine for 4 apartments. Nearby: covered public parking Saba Isolo, Via Ponte Pignolo 6, or free uncovered parking in Via Madonna del Terraglio. Possibility of a baby cot for children under 2 years old at €25 per stay, UPON RESERVATION. Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€95) is required. At check-in, a damage deposit of €200 will be requested via credit card. Licia was very helpful with questions we had. She suggested restaurants, places to park and instructions on requesting a taxi. The view outside our window was beautiful. The only draw back was the elevator stopped working twice while we were there. It was quickly fixed but a little troubling because we were on the 4th floor.
