No ability to make a coffee or no water available in rooms - have to purchase in reception. Biggest issue was getting there by car - you can only drive to it via a bus/taxi lane which took us several stressful attempts and a call to the hotel before we found it. Once we knew we could use taxi lane it was easy but the initial confusion was unnecessary. Service at mealtimes is a little lacking - eg second course would arrive but they didn’t take used dishes from the table so all became a bit cluttered and difficult.
