The gondola to Presena glacier is about 10 mins walk away, but you can go up the lifts close to the hotel and ski down to it also. The room was very comfortable, no-frills style, very warm, plenty of hot water, a big balcony, very clean and comfortable bed. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti il personale perché non c'era nessuno alla reception ad aspettarci nonostante la nostra prenotazione. Arrivati in stanza la temperatura era bassissima oserei dire 13/14 gradi(eravamo in stanza con cappellino e calzettoni)nonostante la nostra richiesta di alzare la temperatura di notte si gelava anche sotto il piumone con pigiama in pile. Coperta aggiuntiva inesistente. Acqua del lavandino tiepida ma almeno la doccia era calda per fortuna.lunica cosa buona è stata la colazione a buffet che essendo gli unici in hotel è stata preparata solamente per noi.. Great location and really nice owners, but absolutely worst bed/madras in a loooong time. Not suitable for humans. No free internet! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone all the time - also their toilet visits at night!
