The property features a lush meadow, perfect for picnics or outdoor activities. Children can indulge in playtime at the on-site playground equipped with swings and a sandbox, while adults can relax and unwind at the petting farm.

The house is a 4-room property with 135 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The layout features a modern and tastefully furnished living room with a dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player. The living room provides access to a terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. On the ground level, there is also a shower and toilet. The upper floor accommodates two double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, and another room with sloping ceilings that includes one sofa bed and one double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodation, satellite TV, heating available, microwave, television, and a maximum capacity of 7 guests. The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house is designed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It features electric heating and underfloor heating to keep you warm during cooler months.
