This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, in a very peaceful street. However, getting there needs to walk up steep streets. The view from the rooftop and even balconies is great. The staff are lovely. Rooms are clean. However, it is starting to show its age. Matresses need to be changed, and it needs soem maintenance in general. Breakfast is good for the price. However, I would add a fully automatic coffee machine instead of the old one.
In general, it was a very good experience.

"Trendy hotel and really nice bar area. Good location too. Don’t expect a good nights sleep if you’re road side, not particularly soundproof. Not the end of the world but they twice at check out (once leaving, once when collecting suitcase) tried to charge me for a breakfast that I’d already paid ..."

"Rooms were clean, though the shower drainage was slow. No minibar. Some rooms have hygiene shower for wc, others dont. Balconies stay behind facade, only good for smoking. Nice outdoor siting in front of the hotel."
