"The hotel was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch but it was a little warm to use it. The view was breath taking. Loved sleeping to the sound of the waves. Looking forward to going back again."

"The a/c wasn’t working I had to move my room after checking in I asked if they could change to double bed for inconvenience , rude and told me nothing can happen bc it’s hotels.com booking. The shower had dirt on bottom I had to wash off. And the towels had stains on them. Totally get what you pay for "

"We stayed here and there was blood , eye liner , and hair on the sheets. As well the room smelled pretty bad like rotten eggs. Also there was no conditioner amongst other things. Not including the homeless people outside your balcony fighting and acting like zombies at 3:00 am. We reached out to " Jacob " One of the managers and all that was done was he gave us a $40 off refund. Not worth this stay at all when you are spending over $200 for a one night stay. Not safe for children and just not a great experience."
