Two story house with separate living areas, air-conditioning and TV's upstairs and downstairs. Enjoy your coffee (pod machine) on the balcony overlooking beach views, so relaxing. Only 150 meters to the safe swimming beach and when you come back clean up with the outdoor shower. The fully fitted kitchen is just like home plus gas BBQ on the balcony featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, you won't want to leave. There are stairs both inside and outside. NO LINEN SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. NOT PET FRIENDLY BEDROOM 1 - 1 x Queen BEDROOM 2 - 1 x Queen plus 1 bunk BEDROOM 3 - 1 x bunk BEDROOM 4 - 2 x single beds 2 x bathrooms GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. Nov 19, 2023 Liked: Location #### Great Location The house was in a great location close to everything. Lovely views from the balcony. The house fitted 2 small families (4 adults, 2 kids) quite comfortably). We found the power out when we arrived and had to ring agent.This was slightly inconvenient. The wooden stair cases are very slippery and there is no ballastrate on the first flight of stairs. The second flight of stairs the ballastrate is missing from the last 4 steps.
