"We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little property. It is peaceful, except unfortunately the neighbour chose to build a new drive, which took a week and a half to finish with diggers and lorries working all day. But, we were out everyday so it didn’t really matter too much. Everything in the Gite was spotless, we had everything we wanted. Not far from the beach.Veillon Plage is beautiful and has 3 bars If you are fit and heathy it is walkable or a cyclist I think would do it in half an hour....

"Le gîte est une grande maison campagnarde au calme avec un très grand jardin. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 2 familles (11 personnes) sans avoir l’impression d’être « les uns sur les autres », ce qui était précieux. Ce gîte de campagne a aussi les défauts de ses qualités (mobilier un peu ancien, débit de l’eau limité quand les 3 douches fonctionnent en même temps), mais il a un indéniable cachet que nous avons beaucoup apprécié."

"Impression d'être seuls au monde bien qu'à côté de tous les points d'intérêts. Agencements, aménagement interieur au top. Nous reviendrons au beau temps pour profiter de la piscine et nous recommandons vivement en toutes saisons. Mention spéciale aux Hôtes super sympas et aux petits soins."

"There were 12 of us in total for our stay, adults and young children. Emeline managed to find 3 cots, highchairs/booster seats and baby baths for us which really helped with our young children. We had a lovely time at the house Frederick and Emeline were very friendly and helpful, they live on site but they are not intrusive. Although our group was split over 2 different houses the outside table was large enough for us all to eat together. The best thing was the pool area which was fantastic...

"La maison est meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goûts. Le jardin était parfaitement entretenu et la terrasse très agréable notamment pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cette location pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire un séjour au calme, dans un beau cadre. J’ai rarement aussi bien dormi dans une maison."

"This property was very clean in an ideal area for exploring the Vendée. The house was very clean and the host were really nice and friendly and very helpful. The pool was amazing and the kids really enjoyed it. It was really good with being an indoor pool The local town is quiet and a really nice place to walk around. Thank you for a good stay"

"The property was very acceptable to us both, it was clean well fitted out and we had everything we needed. We had expected an older style property that would be within the wood land and standing on its own. The property is infact on a housing development of new properties, this realisation fazed us somewhat, as was the fact that the developers were still undertaking major road works. There were some beautiful walks in the immediate area, but you definitely needed a car to access amenities. The...

"The property is well fitted out and has everything one needs for a trouble free and relaxing holiday. I surrounded by farms and hence is peaceful and very quiet at night. Getting bread for breakfast did involve using my car to cover the 2 miles or so to the village. Jard sur Mar is only about 10 miles away and is a lovely seaside town with a fine harbour and is well worth a visit, as are the other towns and villages in the region. I will definitely consider returning in the future."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Nous avons été au Futuroscope une journée et une autre à O’fun Park à Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits. Passer du temps au gîte est agréable avec la piscine. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des terrasses car la météo n’était pas clémente. Les propriétaires habitent sur place et sont très sympas, tout en étant discrets. Bref, je recommande cet endroit."
