The smart layout includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (two single beds), another with two single beds, and two additional bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Additionally, two bathrooms with a bathtub complete this space, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.   
  
Relax and enjoy the summer season in the communal pool, subject to regulations set by the community of owners. Note that the pool has specific opening and closing dates, creating a social and pleasant atmosphere for all residents.   
  
It's important to note that the area experiences temporary water cuts from 8:00 PM until an undetermined time due to the extreme drought situation. However, the house is equipped with lamp-fans in all rooms, ensuring your comfort even on the warmest days.
