"Ultimate combination of comfort, style, history and super host! This was our second stay with Stefano and it was brilliant. So peaceful and cozy. The patio offers a relaxing oasis and the food was a true highlight of our vacation. Please book extra days to truly enjoy your experience. The city has lots to offer and is great for kids with a beautiful park nearby.Next time I hope to stay at least a week and do some cooking classes with Stefano. Molto gratzie for hosting us again and we hope to see you again soon!"

"Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price."

"The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too. "

"This city apartment was perfect for us-exactly as the photos showed. It was very clean and nicely appointed with some special touches. Host Chiara made it very easy with good instructions, easy check-in and excellent recommendations when we asked for them. The terrace was an "out-back" and fairly private place for aperitivo, a bit of fresh air, and fun watching some cats playing in the yard next-door. Keep in mind, this is a city place. There are neighbors above, activity on the street below, teenagers on their way to school in the morning, etc. but it was quiet at night and easy to sleep. None of it bothered us, as we loved the life and liveliness of it all. It's a great location at the edge of the old city; we walked everywhere for 2 weeks, all the time, day and night. It's about 20 minutes walk to the opposite corner of the old city, with tons of museums, shops, eateries, bars and cafés in between. Easy walk to the train station and we did a couple day trips to Cortona and Firenze for variety. (But if you have wheeled luggage, do plan on a taxi to/from the station as the old stone streets and walkways are pretty chunky) Our longer stay did let us get some chats with residents on the street, who kindly indulged my tentative broken Italian. If you are able to walk uphill, half a mile or so straight up the street from the apartment is one of the most beautiful public parks I've ever seen. It was a worthwhile good hike and we went up several times to walk and enjoy the views."
