The detached vacation home “Turtle Home” is located in the idyllic village of Dangast on the North Sea coast; it was newly built in 2024 and most recently renovated in 2025. With a total of three rooms, the property offers well-maintained living comfort for up to four people and is designed to be particularly allergy-friendly. Thanks to its location about 700 metres from the fine sandy beach, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the maritime atmosphere within easy reach of the sea.

The house is equipped with modern and functional amenities. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa area that invites you to relax, as well as a digital TV connection with a television. The open kitchen area blends seamlessly with the living room and is equipped with high-quality appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and an espresso machine. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are all provided, so you can easily prepare meals. In addition, there is a dining table and dining area in the house, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments together around the table.

The vacation home features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping accommodations. Both bedrooms have tile floors and are designed to be allergy-friendly. In addition to a coat rack and dressers, the rooms are furnished to provide ample storage space and comfort. A desk is also available for work or study. There are two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and modern plumbing fixtures. A washing machine and iron are available for your use, as are a clothes rack and a hair dryer.

Special features of the house include underfloor heating and a heat pump as the heating system, which ensures a comfortable indoor climate. All windows are equipped with fly screens and privacy screens to keep insects out and ensure privacy. Wi-Fi access with a speed of at least 100 Mbit/s allows for comfortable work or streaming. A charging station for electric cars is available for eco-friendly mobility.

Outside, the garden—complete with patio furniture, a deck, and an awning—invites you to linger. Here, you can relax in a sunny or sheltered spot and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. Parking for one vehicle is available right next to the house.

The surrounding area offers easy access to dining options (about 200 metres to the nearest restaurant) as well as shopping (a supermarket is about 600 metres away). Public transportation is accessible within about 500 metres, and the nearest train station is approximately 7.5 kilometres away. For sports activities such as golf, you’ll need to travel about 24 kilometres. Thanks to its quiet location in the village of Dangast and its good infrastructure, the vacation home is ideal for both couples and families seeking a relaxing stay on the North Sea.

The house is designated as a non-smoking property and has a ban on fireworks, which contributes to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. In addition, practical household appliances such as a vacuum cleaner and smoke detectors are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
