With a total of 5 rooms—including 4 bedrooms—and 3 bathrooms, you’ll enjoy plenty of private space and comfort even when the house is fully occupied. The house spans 3 floors and is a smoke-free property; pets are allowed.

The living area features tile flooring and, with its sofa nook, sofa, and armchair, invites you to relax. A TV, a radio, and books are available for entertainment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and practical for self-catering: a ceramic-glass stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. Additionally, a coffee maker and a Senseo espresso machine are available. A dining area with a dining table rounds out the common area.

Three bathrooms with a total of 3 showers (each with a tub) offer flexibility in your daily routine. Hot water is, of course, available. Especially convenient for longer stays or families: a washing machine for personal use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy; smoke detectors are installed.
