The staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Laundry gets changed daily which are really neat and tidy. Bathrooms have all the toiletries. Ac are fully centralised. Complimentary breakfasts are yummy. Specially their tea is really soothing and good. Bread toast is like heaven and crunchy. Really loved the stay in hotel Midcity which is in mid of Varanasi just 20 mins away from station and 2 mins away from kashi vishwanath mandir and ghats. Other sightseens are also very near. Their travel desk is also very helpful specially the owner Mr. Shubh Kapoor is really helpful giving all types of tips needed for a foreigner in a new city.
