« Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

« The Whiskey Mountain cabins have been my favorite place to stay in the Leakey, TX area. Ihave stayed several times in different cabins. The cabins are very clean and cozy. It's conveniently located between Leakey and Garner State Park. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs you have. »

« I booked 2 days at the Uvalde side of the duplex. It was a spontaneous trip, and I was relieved at how easy it was to book our stay. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a little hesitant…but everything went great! The property was beautiful! We loved the cozy feel. The property was close to Garner State Park, which was a plus for us. The host was very precise/clear with the check-in and check-out procedures. Everything was detailed and upfront- I didn’t have to reach out to ask any...

« There was a mix-up with the couple renting the other cabin. They arrived first, and was asked if they were the couple with the dog, and they said yes and were let in the cabin. When we arrived they had started unpacking, so we agreed to let them stay on our cabin, and we stayed in there cabin.There was no loft in our cabin, but we had paid for it. We were not going to make it an issue. We did enjoy our stay. Bed and couch very comfortable. Needs more light in kitchen area. »

« This place is perfect for a romantic getaway! The cabin is so nicely furnished and was super easy for check in/check out. The kitchen had plenty of room for us to bring some snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and felt like we had plenty of privacy and quiet. The pool area is nicely updated and would be so relaxing when the warm weather gets here. I loved being close to Kerrville when we wanted to go out for a nice dinner, but the location was exactly what I wanted for a...

« Really enjoyed this cabin and want to come back. Wish our trip was longer! Communication with property manager was good as well as the visitor guide. Pool and kyacks were fun. The only issue was: we tried to go hiking but the trail was blocked by logs on one side and then large trash on the other. But the hot tub was so nice and peaceful and the cabin was so cute, it was worth it. I'll also recommend to my sister and we'll hopefully come back in the near future! »

"Petit couac à notre arrivée, la réception était fermée et on a tourné un moment avant de trouver quelqu'un du personnel (très gentil) qui nous a aidé à avoir les clés. On avait d'ailleurs eu du mal a trouver la réception, c'est tres mal indiqué. On a apprecié le calme de l'endroit... on etait quasiment seuls. La cabane est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Il faudrait vraiment ajouté une lumière dehors afin qu'on ne mange pas dans le noir. Les sanitaires étaient plutôt propres mais il manquait du papier toilettes et du savon au lavabo. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine. Restaurant fermé... dommage car nous navons pas pu aller jouer aux jeux. Pas mal pour une nuit loin de tout mais quelques points sont à corriger. "
