Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a beautifully furnished 4-room house with an area of 100 square meters spread across three levels. The ground floor features a double bedroom. There is also a room with a bunk bed that can accommodate two people on this level, along with a bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you'll find an open living and dining area with a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen on this level is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with a bar area.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a dishwasher, allowing you to easily clean up after meals. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry companion along. The house has heating available from October 15th to April 15th, ensuring a cozy environment during the cooler months. A microwave and television are also provided for your convenience. The maximum capacity of the house is six guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts natural stone floors, adding a touch of elegance to the interior. A small terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake, mountains, and the surrounding resort area. For families with young children, a high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds are available.
