Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality.

"A lot of dust in the room. Appeared clean on first look, but around the headboard, light fittings and curtains it was thick with dust. Nothing a good hoover wouldn’t fix. Very convenient for the Holyhead ferry with places to eat opposite. Would have eaten in the bar, but the chef that night couldn't ..."

"Got there late as ferry was delayed but staff were very understanding but hurried up on ordering food as chef wanted to go home but when it came out it was absolutely delicious and the waiter/ barman made us feel really welcome laughing and joking with us (Ashley) l think 👍"
