"Hotel was in a great area, easy to get to the Metra Station in Arlington Heights. We checked out a little early because the heat in the room was always on and even when the air conditioning was running at full blast we were uncomfortably warm and couldn’t get a good nights sleep."

"Staff was nice, but hotel itself is old and in need of some serious updating. Breakfast is not made to order as described or how embassy breakfasts used to be. It was a Standard hotel breakfast with no options for those with allergies."

"Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S"

"Mike was amazing! Always available for questions, needs, etc.. My family wanted to use the fire pit and when I asked for wood and he not only brought it over but stacked one heck of a perfect fire-pit starter of twigs and wood! Minor cosmetic issues from prior Vrbo renters that he did not have time ..."
