Great location and excellent reception staff! The hotel is near everything, and the team at the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately, the service fell short when it came to basic amenities. I had to request an iron multiple times just to get one delivered to my room. To make matters worse, the front desk called later to take it back because another guest needed to use it. It is shocking that such a huge hotel doesn't have enough irons to accommodate its guests.
